Malvina F. was born about 1857 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Malvina F.'s father was William B. Basham and her mother was Amanda Lyon. Her paternal grandparents were Barnett A. Basham and Fanny Hall. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Jonas L (Joel), William, John, Barnett, Sally, Fanny, Susan, Mary (Susan), Rhoda Bell and Dixie Vandora. She was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. She died after 1872.1 General Notes
