Luther H. Basham 
Luther H. was born about April 1888 in Mercer Co., West Virginia.1 Luther H.'s father was Lewis Allen Basham and his mother was Mary Francis Shutt. His paternal grandparents were Joseph A. Basham and Mary (Polly) A. Dillion. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Dossey J., Edward D., Melvin, Lillie Mae, Stella D. and Belle B.. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Harlowe and Vera Exie. He died after 1920.1 General Notes
