John R. Basham

John R. was born about 1859 in Virginia.¹ John R.'s father was James P. Basham and his mother was Frances Ann Romines. His paternal grandparents were Anderson Basham and Frances Perry. He had two brothers and four sisters, named William, James Henry, Sally, Elvira, Mahala and Jane (Adaline). He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died after 1880.¹
