John Lovelace was born on June 11th, 1891 in Ohio Co., Kentucky.1 John Lovelace's father was George R. Basham and his mother was Sally A. Unknown. His paternal grandparents were John J. Basham and Winsley A. (Winny) Rust. He had a sister named Ed Charlette. He was the older of the two children.
