John H. Basham 
John H. was born on May 17th, 1878 in Kentucky.1 John H.'s father was Robert H. (Doc) Basham and his mother was Sarah C. Powell. His paternal grandparents were Frederick Basham and Abigail NORTON. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Henry H., Junius F., Charles William, Grover F., Earnest D., Susan R. and Cora A.. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 67 on September 6th, 1945 in Hardin Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
