John Duncan Basham 
John Duncan was born on May 4th, 1898 in Kentucky.1 John Duncan's father was William 'Francis' Bassham and his mother was Mary Ann Forbes. His paternal grandparents were John McDonald Basham and Mary Jane Milam. He had a brother and three sisters, named Ishmael, Verda E., Nola and Pauline. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 77 on March 5th, 1976 in Joliet, Will Co., Illinois.1 General Notes
