James Wiley Basham 
James Wiley was born on February 6th, 1869 in Texas.1 James Wiley's father was James Franklin Basham and his mother was Dicy Ann Waggoner. His paternal grandparents were Solomon Basham and Elizabeth Coffey Marler; his maternal grandfather is William Waggoner and his maternal grandmother was Julia Emory. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William, Solomon (Sol), Johnson, Lee E., Leonora (Norah), Callie Cora, Leler and Kate C.. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 45 on March 1st, 1914 in Coryell Co., Texas.1 General Notes
