Ivan Alta Basham 
Ivan Alta was born about 1879 in Arkansas.1 Ivan Alta's father was Henry Jonathan Basham and her mother was Mary Jane Johnston. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph P. Basham and Sarah A. Bell. She had three brothers and a sister, named Marshall A., Frank Wesley, Henry Joseph (Hal) and Sally. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died in 1960.1 General Notes
