Iva Opal Basham 
Iva Opal was born on March 30th, 1905 in Kentucky.1 Iva Opal's father was Amos D. Basham and her mother was Mary Zella McAdams. Her paternal grandparents were George W. Basham and Barbara A (Polly) Crutchelow. She had three brothers named Ronnie, Wilbur and John Alford. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 89 on May 25th, 1994.1 General Notes
