Irven Lee Basham 
Irven Lee was born on May 16th, 1896 in Gurdon, Clark Co., Arkansas.1 Irven Lee's father was James Mage (Major) Basham and his mother was Ocie Ann Young. His paternal grandparents were William D. Bassham and America V. Cobb. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Mayer C., Robert W, Lavina and Elvy Y. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 64 on February 15th, 1961 in Shreveport, Caddo Co., Louisiana.1 General Notes
