Henry Harrison was born on September 30th, 1881 in Meade Co., Kentucky.1 Henry Harrison's father was James William Taylor Basham and his mother was Josie Ella Allen. His paternal grandparents were William Harrison Basham and Cynthia Amanda Seeley; his maternal grandfather was Riley Allen and his maternal grandmother is Matilda Jane Allen. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Alfred Reilly (A R), Casper Hosper (Cap), Alexander Mathaniel, William Theodore (Bud), Dela Cecil and Minnie A.. He was the oldest of the seven children.
