Gladys Porter Basham 
Gladys Porter was born about February 1900 in Kentucky.1 Gladys Porter's father was Samuel McClain Basham and her mother was Bettie Pride. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Wesley (Rev) Basham and Martha (Mary) Jane Williams. She had two sisters named Cammie Geraldine and Willie Belle. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died after 1900.1 General Notes
