George Allen Basham 
George Allen was born on November 2nd, 1880 in Ray Co., Missouri.1 George Allen's father was Franklin Pierce Basham and his mother was Frances Octavia Griffey. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel (Nathan) Basham and Elizabeth Campbell. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John Ellis, Henry Clark, James 'Arthur', Clayburn, Mary Elizabeth, Elsie L, Rosa Ann and Beulah. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 92 on December 1st, 1972 in Kansas City, Jackson Co., Missouri.1 General Notes
