Frank Leroy was born about 1911.1 Frank Leroy's father was James Elmer Basham and his mother was Beulah D. Boster. His paternal grandparents were James Henry Basham and Virginia Jeannette Allison. He had a brother and a sister, named Lewis Elmer and Laura Mae. He had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Clara Ruth, James Monroe, Elaine May, William Norman, Living and Rosa Marie.
