Her paternal grandparents were Frederick Basham and Abigail NORTON. She had eight brothers and four sisters, named Charles H., Thurman R., Warden Hardin, Frederick, William Maston, James F., Sanford L., Virgil Stewart, Mary C., Minerva Jane, Sarah Catherine and Bettie L..
