Elizabeth Frances Basham 
Elizabeth Frances was born on February 14th, 1837 in Bedford Co., Virginia.1 Elizabeth Frances' father was John Floyd Basham and her mother was Margaret Basham. Her paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Basham and Elender (Ellen) Ross; her maternal grandparents were John, Jr. Basham and Frances (Franky) Meadors. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Nathan, James W., John Robert, George T., Martha A. and Ellen. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Fleming T., Sarah C. and Annie M.. She died at the age of 59 on April 19th, 1896.1 General Notes
