Charles Franklin Basham 
Charles Franklin was born about March 1884 in West Virginia.1 Charles Franklin's father was John R. Basham and his mother was Emma Jane Stewart. He had five brothers and three sisters, named James B., William, John R., Jr., Edward, George, Minnie, Mary and Frances. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died about 1933 in Charleston, Kanawha Co., W Va.1 General Notes
