Celia Basham 
Celia was born about 1831 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Celia's father was Frederick Basham and her mother was Abigail NORTON. Her paternal grandparents were Obediah Basham and Celia Dowell; her maternal grandparents are Jeremiah Norton and Abigail Unknown. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named Obediah, Jeremiah (Felix), Allen Kellogg (Kell), Henry Washington, Isaac Thomas, Godfrey Taylor, Robert H. (Doc), Susan, Abigail, Sarah, Theodesia M 'Docia' and Rosena Ann. She was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. She died after 1864.1 General Notes
