Cecil Taylor Basham 
Cecil Taylor was born on May 19th, 1904 in Richardville, Warren Co., Kentucky.1 Cecil Taylor's father was Hiram A Basham and his mother was Florence Dale Speck. His paternal grandparents were Hiram Simmons Basham and Paradine Taylor. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Rue Overton, Hiram Wray, Ottis Belle and Mary Marda. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 85 on February 9th, 1990 in Warren Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
