Benjamin Walter Basham 
Benjamin Walter was born on March 15th, 1886 in Blue Spring, Jackson Co., Missouri.1 Benjamin Walter's father was James Edward Basham and his mother was Julia Isabelle Steele. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Basham and Elizabeth Ellis. He had four brothers and a sister, named Arthur Samuel, David Ellis, Pearl, Jessie Oleta and Lavina Murl. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 57 on September 20th, 1943.1 General Notes
