Benjamin L. Basham 
Benjamin L. was born on June 1st, 1857 in Boone Co., Virginia.1 Benjamin L.'s father was Nathan (Rev) Basham and his mother was Missouri Jane Miller. His paternal grandfather was Nathan, Sr. Basham and his paternal grandmother is Mary Lewis. He had five brothers and six sisters, named James M., William E., John A., Nathan 'Buren', Isaac Snow (Ike), Nancy R. (Nan), Amelia, Eliza Ann (Lyde), Louise, Martha Eileen (Twin) and Mary E. (Twin). He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. He died after 1880.1 General Notes
