Audie J. Basham 
Audie J. was born on November 11th, 1898 in Grayson Co., Kentucky.1 Audie J.'s father was George Huston Basham and his mother was Annie Louise Blansett. His paternal grandparents were George W. Basham and Barbara A (Polly) Crutchelow; his maternal grandparents are Unknown Blansett and Wife Unknown. He had two brothers and a sister, named Sheridan R (Sherdie), Floyd E. and Gertie Lee. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Bailey Edwin, Ben (Earl), George Morten, Jesse Thomas, Mary Frances, Virginia Raye and Aline Hazel. He died at the age of 89 on April 9th, 1988 in Louisville, Jefferson Co., Ky.1 General Notes
