Armilda was born on April 28th, 1852 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Armilda's father was Manoah Stone Basham and her mother was Elizabeth Armes. Her paternal grandparents were Littleberry Basham and Mary (Polly) Basham. She had seven brothers and seven sisters, named William Berry, Francis E, Barbary Barr (Twin), Haskel Abbott (Abirt), Manoah Washington, Henry Thomas (Rev), James Clinton, Emeline, Mary Jane, Nancy Farmer, Lucy C., Sallie Ann (Sarah) (Twin, Elizabeth and Louisa F.. She was the seventh oldest of the fifteen children. She died at the age of 80 on May 24th, 1932 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
