Anna Lee Basham 
Anna Lee was born on June 28th, 1901 in Hancock Co., Kentucky.1 Anna Lee's father was Jeremiah Henderson Basham and her mother was Sarah Ellen Higgs. Her paternal grandparents were Cary Jackson 'Jack' Basham and Annis Warner; her maternal grandparents were Alfred Higgs and Sarah Jane Calloway. She had eleven brothers and five sisters, named Finous, Harvey, Hilous, Benjamin Harrison (Ben), Eugene C (Gene), Eulace, Edward Otis, Ruthford, Flora, Chester, Harold, Bertha S., Pearl, Carrie, Essie and Clara Louise. She was the fourth youngest of the seventeen children. She had a half-sister named Mary Jane. She died at the age of 63 on January 25th, 1965 in Evansville, Vanderburgh Co., Ind.1 General Notes
