Albert 'Austin' was born on September 22nd, 1889 in Kentucky.1 Albert 'Austin''s father was Joseph Dempsey Basham and his mother was Awoa Catherine Miller. His paternal grandparents were Allen Dowell Basham and Elizabeth D WOLF. He had five brothers and a sister, named Luis Ethel, William Everett, Robert F., Sharkey D., Ottie and Nellie F..
