Adam Jerry Basham 
Adam Jerry was born in October 1864 in Woodbury, Cannon Co., Tennessee.1 Adam Jerry's father was William Basham and his mother was Hannah Dallas Owen. His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Basham and Elizabeth McComb. He had eight sisters named Emily, Rosonnah (Rosa), Sarah Tennill, Mary J .(Molly), Isiam (Bunk), Hattie, Cassey and Viola. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 61 on August 28th, 1926 in Post, Garza Co., Texas.1 General Notes
