Billie Joe was born on October 8th, 1918.1 Billie Joe's father was Chris Uriah Allen and his mother was Elizabeth Ann Underwood. His maternal grandfather was George W. Underwood and his maternal grandmother is Julia A. Hazlewood. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Icye Lee, Lindsey B., Kenneth Clarence, Lou Etta, Zelma, Patty Reed and Dortha. He died at the age of 66 on March 5th, 1985 in Jefferson Co., Kentucky. He was buried in Otter Creek Baptist Church , Larue Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
