All the information on this individual was found in "Lincolnshire Pedigrees", Harleian Society's Publications, 1903. The volumes are to be found in the Lincoln Archives, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England. In that volume, the line was traced from John D'Isney (died 1461) to 1903. A volume with earlier information was listed as Harleian Society Vol XIV.
He had a biological son named Humphrey.
