William Anderson Smith 
William Anderson was born about 1774 in Culpeper, Chesterfield County, Virginia.1 He had a brother named Samuel Ezekiel. He was the older of the two children. He died on February 8th, 1858 in Oakvale, Mercer Co. Virginia.2 General Notes
