Hypolite Mayeux 
Hypolite was born on November 16th, 1787 in Pointe Coupee Post, Pointe Coupee, Louisiana and his baptism took place there on October 1st, 1788.1 He died at the age of 60 in December 1847 in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. He was buried in St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Cemetery, Mansura, Louisiana.1 1 General Notes
