‌John and Margaret were married in a religious ceremony in 1365 in Contract, Cheadle, Cheshire, England.  They had five sons and thirteen daughters, named John, William, Roger, George, Arthur, Mary, Elizabeth, Petronel, Blanche, Isabella, Margaret, Dowse (Alice), Lucy, Maud, Anne, Eleanor, Blanche and Dorothy.
