Manard WILCOX

Manard was born about 1798 in Palmyra, , New York. Manard's father was David WILLCOX and his mother was Anna Baker. His paternal grandfather was William WILCOCKS and his paternal grandmother is Sarah SMITH. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William, Joseph, Martin, Clarisse, Sarah, Polly and Cynthia. He is the fourth youngest of the eight children.
