Arthur E. was born on August 21st, 1877 in Kansas. Arthur E.'s father was Henry Ulrich and his mother is Martha Jones. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Ulrich and Mary Hoover. He had four brothers and three sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Oliver F., Robert R., Edgar, Clifford H., Emma L., Mabel W., Grace Pauline and E. H.. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 79 on March 26th, 1957 in Kansas.-
