Charles Anderson Persinger 
Charles Anderson was born in 1827.1 Charles Anderson's father was Jacob Persinger and his mother was Elizabeth Humphries. His paternal grandparents were John Henry Persinger and Griselda Humphries; his maternal grandfather was John Humphries and his maternal grandmother is Margaret Humphries. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Henry, John, Andrew, James R., William, Alexander, Jeremiah, James S., Ruth and Charlotte. He died at the age of 35 in 1862.1 General Notes
