John C. Gannon

John C. was born in 1843 in Alexander, Cannon, Tennessee. John C.'s father was Samuel P Gannon and his mother was Sussanah C Stacy. His paternal grandparents were George Gannon and Joanna Whitt; his maternal grandparents were William Stacy and Sarah HANES. He had six brothers and two sisters, named William Henry, George Newton, Harry Andrew, Benjamin F, Samuel Murphy, James Perry, Joanna Rebecca and Sarah Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 20 on February 7th, 1863 in Tullahoma, Coffee, TN.
