Peter Fleischmann came to Virginia with his parents in 1717, and wasgranted land jointly with his father in 1728, was naturalized early in1743. He made deeds of gift of land to his son John in 1753, and to hissons Robert and Peter in 1763, and died in Culpepeper County, Virginia in1773, when his sons-in-law Adam Cook, Christopher Barler, and ChristopherRyner (really Christian Ryner) and his sons John and Peter made anagreement regarding the distribution of his estate.
