Roger de Berkeley, living in 1165 (11th Henry II), the last of theoriginal family of Berkeley, of Berkeley Castle, whose dau. and heiress,Alice, at the instigation of King Henry II, married Maurice de Berkeley,son of Robert FitzHardinge.
