Joseph CROCKETT 
Joseph was born on May 7th, 1739 in , Botetourt, Virginia. Joseph's father was Joseph Louis Crockett and his mother was Jeanne DEVIGNE. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Louis Crockett and Sarah (Stuart) Stewart; his maternal grandparents are Jean DEVIGNE and Jean UNKNOWN. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Hugh, Walter, Robert, Samuel, Joseph, Anthony, Mary, Martha, Nancy Agnes, Elizabeth and Martha Or Mattie. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 90 on November 7th, 1829 in Georgetown, Scott Co., Ky.General Notes
