William was born in 1646 in Of Kingston, Washington, Rhode Island and his baptism took place on September 13th, 1640 in St Andrew Parish, Ampthill, Bedfordshire, England.  He died at the age of 85 on December 28th, 1731 in Kingston, Washington, Rhode Island.  He was buried in 1720 in Kingstown, Washington Co., Rhode Island.
