BIOGRAPHY: He was a stone mason, carpenter and farmer. Built on the buildings on his place in the late 1890's. The house and barn were still in use and in good repair in 1964. (farm was north of Edgewood, IA).
Francis Irvin and Philena Rebecca were married in a religious ceremony on April 7th, 1886.1 They had two sons and a daughter, named Benjamin Irvin, Louis A. and Pearl Edna.
