Heappears to have been a supporter of the English King is he is the Adam deHaliburton who is stated to have been taken prisoner by Robert de Brus inScotland. He was one of the surities in a contract of marriage betweenJohn, son and heir of Sir Malcolm de Innerpeffer and Margaret, daughterof William Sinclair, 1321.
