Muriel was born about 1035.1 Muriel's father was Harlevin De CONTEVILLE and her mother was Harlette De FALAISE. Her paternal grandparents were Jean De CONTEVILLE and Mrs- Mrs-Jean De CONTEVILLE; her maternal grandparents were Fulbert De FALAISE and Doda Of FALAISE. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Odo De, Robert Count De, Robert Earl of Cornwall, Count of Mortain, Andre, Miss De, Mathilde De, Muriel De and Emma De. She was the oldest of the nine children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named William I "The, Adelaide "Countess Of and Godiva Of.
