Count Heinrich II of was born in 1225. Count Heinrich II of's father was Count Heinrich I of Saarbrücken-Zweibrücken and his mother was Princess Hedwig of Bitsch. His paternal grandparents were Simon I Von SAARBRUCKEN and Mathilde Von SPONHEIM; his maternal grandparents were Duke Friedrich of Lothringen-Bitsch and Princess Ludmilla of Poland. He had three sisters named Princess Hedwig of, Princess Agnes of and Princess Jutta of. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 57 on May 6th, 1282.-
