Earl of Chester Viscount Hugh D'Avranches

Viscount Hugh was born about 1147 in Kevelioc,Merionethshire,Wales.  He was an only child.  He died in 1181 in Leek,Staffordshire,England.  He was buried in Chester,Cheshire,England.
