"EMBRY - TEEL
The marriage of Miss Joyce Embry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John A.
Embry, to Mr. Harry Teel, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Teel, was quietly
solemnized Saturday afternoon at three o'clock at the home of the bride's
parents, the Rev J. E. Cook, pastor of the Rockford Baptist Church
officiating.
The bride was lovely in an ensemble of navy blue crepe with white
accessories. Her flowers were a corsage of gardenias.
They left immediately after the ceremony for a short wedding trip
after which they will reside in Rockford until Mr. Teel resumes his law
studies at Duke University in the fall." (1)
