Coosa County Alabama
The Georgia Ann Popwell Sharbutt listed is my great grandmother who I had
the pleasure of spending time with as a child in Sylacauga, Talledega
County, Alabama. She died in 1950 in this town and is buried in Talledega
County. Although not at my finger tips I have additional information
about her. Her children were Jesse James Sharbutt (my grandfather), twin
sister Essie Sharbutt,born 1901, Earnest Sharbutt born about 1895. All in
Clanton, Alabama. I will post additional information when I find records.
Georgia Ann and Thomas Coke were married in a religious ceremony in AL.1 They had two sons and a daughter, named Earnest, Jesse James and Essie.

Earnest Sharbutt
Earnest was born in 1895 in AL.1 He died at the age of 64 on January 1st, 1959 in Chilton Co., AL.1
Jesse James Sharbutt
Jesse James was born on March 29th, 1901 in AL.1 He died at the age of 67 in October 1968 in Sylacauga, Talladega, AL.1
