a copy of the original deed wherein it states that it is "between Thomas
Jacks,
Baltimore, planter and Elizabeth his wife and John Tailor (Taylor) of the
city of London". Jacks sold 200 of the original 300 acres of "Jacks
Peacock" on that date. The original property, 300 acres, was purchased on
28 Sep 1717 by Thomas Jacks and Elizabeth, his wife.
