The grandchildren called Alma "Me-Ma". They regretted never having met
Fay, but Alma was a strong and forthright lady who was a wonderfully warm
grandmother to us all. Tom and Don McEwen remember Granpotchie as a
delightful lady who taught the to shell peas with her many summer
afternoons on the front porch and who taught them her favorite game
called "IQ" a game Don still enjoys today.
