Elizabeth Almeda was born on July 17th, 1845 in Henry Co., GA.¹   She died at the age of 77 on February 11th, 1923 in Fortran, Victoria Co., TX.  She was buried in Mossy Grove Cemetery (Six miles south of Hallettsville, Texas on Lavaca County Rd. 456).^1 1
