Luitgarde de Vermandois, n.i. [no issue with William I of Normandy], killed 942 by Louis, s. of Charles III "the Simple", daughter of Herbert II, Count of Vermandois and Troyes. [Ancestral Roots, Line 121e-19] (As I said 942, is probably talking about her 1st husband William's death. I am disregarding it.)
Luitgarde de Vermandois, d. aft. 978, widow of William I, of Normandy, and daughter of Herbert II de Vermandois. [Ancestral Roots, Line 49-19]
Luitgarde de Vermandois, d. aft. 978; m. (2) 943 Theobald I, "le Tricheur", d. 978, Count of Blois. [Ancestral Roots, Line 136-19]
Note: line 121e does not agree with the other two lines in Luitgarde's death date. I believe that it is in error, maybe referring to William I's death in 942. Also note that Theobald I, Count of Blois, was involved in William I's treachorous ambush and murder in 942 and married Luitgarde, his widow, the next year 943.
